However if you receive a damaged/faulty product then you can contact us for the return of such products. Products to be returned should not be:
Worn.
Laundered.
Tags removed.
Smell of body odor/perfume.
Lotion/body glitter on them.
Soiled/stained.
Not returned in original packaging.
Clearance sale product(s) is non exchangeable. This means you cannot return a clearance product(s) due to dislike/quality/sizing/color. It is a final Sale.
As the products sold on this website belong to intimate wear category, Fancyra Fashion does not offers return or replacement of the product in normal cases. Customer can return the product in only one condition, when the product received by the customer is damaged or defective. In such a case customer will have to convey the same to our team with in 12 hours of receiving the product with an image/video of the received product. Post seeing the image or video, Fancyra Fashion will decide whether the defect is a genuine one or fabricated. Customer will have to share the same to us via email at fancyrafashion@gmail.com or through whatsapp ( +977 9801121878 ) .
In such case we provide you a brand new replacement of the product. Please make sure that the original product tags and packaging is intact, while making the return.
Color of the delivered product, can be different from the color shown on the website depending on the availability. There will be no return or exchange, in this particular scenario.
If you think that you have received the product in bad condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the order and return the product to the delivery person.
Refund Policy
Refund policy is applicable, in case of the the replacement of the damaged product received in not available. In case of prepaid order, refund will be credited back to the same bank account used to pay for the order or to customer’s e-sewa account. In case of cash on delivery orders, customer will have to provide their bank account details or e-sewa number, and the refund will be transferred back with in 10 working days, from the cancellation date.
Cancellation Policy
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hrs of placing the order. To cancel an order, go to the orders section in your account dashboard, there you will find the cancel order option, click on it. After that drop us a message at our WhatsApp Support Number containing the details of order. Also describe the reason that prompted you to cancel the order.
Note: Your order can only be cancelled prior to the shipping. Once shipping is done your cancel requests will not be entertained.
